21             CONCRETE WORKS

21.40 .90-a REINFORCEMENT WORKS, CARBON ADHESIVE REINFORCEMENT

                    0. REINFORCEMENT WORKS, CARBON ADHESIVE REINFORCEMENT

                       Type of material: carbon laminates.
                       Manner of application: gluing.
                       Execution: according to CUR-recommendation 91 and the processing                              instructions of the manufacturer/supplier.
                       -any existing finish like plaster works, tiling and/or paints to remove.
                       -any existing asbestos components in the floor, or attached to it, must be                          cleaned up.
                       -sandblasting foundation.
                       -removal of loose parts and bad quality concrete.
                       -if necessary, leveling out foundation with certified leveling mortar for that                     purpose.
                       -Gluing of the strips of carbon adhesive reinforcement.
                       The contractor must produce the drawings and calculations in accordance with
                       CUR recommendation 91.

                       Type: 150/2000 o.g.
                       Material: CFRP Laminates.
                       Measurements: to be determined by contractor.
                       E-modules: > 164 kN/mm2.
                       Composition: carbon fiber synthetic.
                       Appurtenances:
                       -glue: Ervas Resin 220 o.g.

                      Of the existing build. The floors or floor elements as indicated on drawings of                  the structural engineer on the top side to be fitted with structural reinforcement                         through carbon adhesive reinforcement, corresponding with drawings and                calculations
                     contractor based on design of structural engineer.
